- Pork ribs (500g to 1kg)
- 6 tbsp of olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (black)
- 3 tbsp sweet liquor (we use nut liqueur)
- 4 tbsp of honey
- hot chili sauce (as much as you want)
- salt, pepper and oregano
1- Pre-heat the oven to 220Cº in grill mode.You need a metal or glass recipient that can go in the oven. Cut the ribs in order to fit the recipient.
2- In a bowl join the chopped garlic cloves, the balsamic vinegar, the soy sauce, the liquor, the honey, the hot sauce and the salt, pepper and oregano.
3- With a food brush swob the ribs with sauce that you made in the bowl and pour the remaining in the recipient. Put in the oven and let cook for 20-30 min until all the meat is completely cooked and roasty.
4- Serve with french fries or baked potatoes. Enjoy!
