Arroz de Tamboril com camarão (Anglerfish rice with shrimp)

Ingredients(2 to 3 pax):
- 0.5 kg / 17.6 oz of anglerfish
- 150 g / 5.3 oz of shrimp
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp of tomato sauce
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 laurel leaf
- olive oil
- fresh coriander
- 1 red chilli (if you wish)
- 1 cup of rice
- salt and pepper


1- In a frying pan, put the olive oil and the chopped onion and garlic with the laurel leaf and let all fry until golden.

2- Chop the tomatoes in small pieces and join them in the frying pan as well as the tomato sauce, the chopped chilli (if you wish) and the salt and pepper.

3- Let it cook and join the anglerfish (cutted as you like) and the shrimp (remove the shells first). Join a cup of water and season again with salt and pepper. Let it cook for 15 minutes.

4- Join the rice and 2 cups of water and leave it on the stove until the rice is cooked.

5- Remove from the stove and sprinkle with the fresh coriander and serve with white wine. Enjoy!
