Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg of fresh or frozen prawns
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 orange or yellow pepper
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- 4 tbsp whiskey
- salt and black pepper
2- Join the finely chopped peppers and let them cook in medium-low heat for 10-15 min.
3- Join the prawns and the whiskey and let cook in medium heat for 15 min.
4- Season with salt and pepper as you wish and serve with rice. Bom apetite ;)
