Chanfana de Borrego (Lamb "Chanfana")

Ingredients:
- 1kg of lamb
- 2 onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- bacon in cubes
- red wine
- olive oil
- 4 cloves
- 1kg of potatoes
- 1 laurel leaf
- 1 tsp of hot chilli
- salt
- pepper

1- Remove the lamb fat, wash it and cut it into small pieces.

2- Finnelly chop the onions and garlic and then join to the meat as well as the cloves, bacon, olive oil, laurel leaf, salt and pepper. Put everything in a pan. Then pour in the red wine until it covers everything and let it marinate for 24 hours.

3- Put the pan on the stove for 25 min, low heat.

4- Cut the potatoes in half and put them in the oven for 30 min, 200ÂșC with a little bit of olive oil on top.

5- Serve and enjoy!
