Canapés de Queijo Fresco (Fresh Cheese Canapes)

This is another recipe served as an entry in Portugal, but also very popular in other countries. It first appeared in Greece, called "konopeion". This is our original recipe, it's very tasteful and easy to do.

Ingredients:


- Thin toast crackers (as much as you want)
- Fresh cheese (as much as you want)
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano

1- Cut the cheese in pieces the same size as the toast crackers and place them on top of the toasts.

2- Sprinkle the canapes with salt, pepper and oregano. Put the olive oil on top and serve.
