Ingredients (2 pax):
- Traditional buttery cheese (like the one in the picture)
- White wine
- Oregano
- Pepper
1- You remove the cheese's top skin and put it on a small recipient.
2- Put a bit of white wine on top of the cheese and sprinkle the oregano and pepper.
3- Put the cheese in a microwave oven or in a regular oven (its better on a regular oven) until it's completely melted.
4- Serve with toast crackers or bread.
